Refund Policy

1. Setup Fee

The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before any work begins, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

2. Monthly Subscription

Monthly fees are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-month, your service continues until the end of the paid period.

3. Service Failures

If we fail to deliver agreed services due to circumstances within our control, we will offer a pro-rata credit or refund at our discretion.

4. How to Request

Contact will@zovanteflow.com within 14 days of the charge. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
